Location: New flat in Senja Valley

Jerry has recently moved into his newly minted home in Senja Valley. As a house warming gift, the Roland, Colin and Kok Keong bought him a portable electric kettle.

Both Colin and Kok Keong visited Jerry on 24 January 2023. Roland and Mph Teck could not make it because of Chinese New Year visitations.

The HDB flat is a 2-rooms flexi-flat. It is about 31sq m. the view from the 28th floor balcony is stunning. They had a good time chatting about school days in both Bras Basah and Grange Road campuses.

Direction: It is next to St John HQ. To get there, 1 way is to alight from Lavendar MRT, then walk away from ICA building to cross a bridge. Then walk pass rows of retail shops on both sides of ground level of HDB flats. Cross a traffic light and head towards Beach Road’s army goods area. Go over the overhead bridge.
