Kawthaung is the Southernmost tip of Myanmar, opposite Ranong in Thailand. It is like a frontier town , totally virgin just like when Raffles landed in Singapore.

You can board long tailed boats or ferry to get across this Straits of water. If you know Phuket, Burma has thousands of islands like Phukets scattered in its seas in Tennaserim. If you a beach freak ....don't miss this. If you are a diver.... Burnma Banks is a must dive, if you are intrepid traveller, you must see them before it becomes tarnished. If you or your kids are a Raffles.... colonise.
