Boys from Mountbatten English School

In 1971 Mountbatten English School had five students who
did well in the annual PSLE and got posted to Raffles Institution, at Bras
Basah Road. They are Choy Kum Tong, Ong Kok Keong, Tan Keng Hoe Kelly, Tan Lai Huat
and Tay Teng Kweng. The school allocated all 5 to the same secondary school class
1F. That was 49 years ago.
Mountbatten Primary must be a really a top Primary School. Such a bumper harvest of top PSLE students.
